He was born in Athens in 1972. He started swimming at the age of 4. He was distinguished in swimming competitions in Greece and in Europe. He broke many national records and stood on the podium dozens of times. He is a swimming coach registered in the records of the general secretariat of sports. Active athlete of underwater shooting and underwater rugby. Member of the National Spearfishing and National U/W Rugby teams from 2013 to present. Member of the CMAS technical committee regarding the underwater shooting competition. Superintendent of the E.O.U.D.A. for the same event. International free diving judge for pool and sea events. He has also distinguished himself in free diving competitions with first and second places in pan-Hellenic swimming and sea championships, while he has taken part in many intercollegiate underwater fishing competitions where he also distinguished himself in them. Since 2008 he has taught hundreds of Greek Freedivers and underwater hunters. In recent years, in addition to Freediving and underwater fishing classes, he has been holding lectures and seminars at exhibitions related to the area and also at clubs throughout the country on a non-profit basis. He has been a regular contributor to BYTHOS magazine for the last 10 years.
